  In an accident on Vasco Road 4 people have died and one person suffered major injuries
 The accident was around 7:40 a.m. Ford Tempo crossed the double-yellow line into the path of a Ford Expedition SUV and smashed into an SUV. Another woman lost her hand trying to avoid the crash The Expedition hit the passenger side of the Tempo, instantaneously killing its 4 occupants, all in their 20s and residents of Hayward
