  A rampaging man intentionally targeted pedestrians in San Francisco and Fremont
 The driver, Omeed Aziz Popal, 29, of Fremont hit pedestrians. 55-year old man was struck and killed. In some cases he drove on the sidewalk and aimed at people. Police finally boxed the SUV in in the Laurel Heights
