  The state has cancelled the execution of a killer over ethical issues surrounding the lethal injection method
 Prison failed twice within 24 hours to find anaesthesiologists to administer the drugs to Michael Morales. He was convicted of the murder and rape of a 17-year-old girl in 1981. Morales is now back on Death Row while the state reviews the policy on how to carry out lethal injections.
