Morales execution hold off
The state has cancelled the execution of a killer over ethical issues surrounding the lethal injection method
| Prison failed twice within 24 hours to find anesthesiologists to administer the drugs to Michael Morales.
He was convicted of the murder and rape of a 17-year-old girl in 1981.
Morales is now back on Death Row while the state reviews the policy on how to carry out lethal injections.
