Chief Justice Chaudhry, who condemned the moves, has been being confined to the Supreme Court with 10 other judges. The court was to decide whether Musharraf was eligible to run for election while remaining army chief. Benazir Bhutto was in Dubai on a personal visit when news of the declaration broke. She immediately boarded a flight back, landing in Karachi
